Position Overview: 

The Operations Manager will be the backbone of Riser Fitness's day-to-day operational success. This role ensures seamless operations across existing studios, supports the onboarding of new studios, and facilitates smooth transitions during acquisitions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for creating efficient systems and fostering an empowered team culture. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Existing Studio Operations 

Manage daily operational needs of all studios, ensuring excellence in facilities management and functionality. 

Oversee studio repairs and maintenance; coordinate vendors and contractors as needed to minimize disruptions. 

Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for studio equipment. 

Partner with studio managers to ensure adherence to company operational standards. 

New Studio Support 

Collaborate with the Director of Construction and other stakeholders to support the opening of new studios. 

Establish and implement operational processes for new locations, including inventory setup, staffing logistics, and opening-day readiness. 

Studio Acquisitions 

Lead operational integration for acquired studios, ensuring alignment with Riser Fitness standards and practices. 

Act as the point of contact for acquired studios during the transition period, providing guidance and support. 

Process Optimization & Compliance 

Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the organization. 

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and operational policies across all studios. 

Serve as the liaison between studio teams and corporate leadership on operational needs and initiatives. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Required: 

Proven experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries. 

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. 

Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. 

Preferred: 

Familiarity with facilities management and repairs. 

Experience supporting new location launches and/or acquisitions.
