Retail Product Assistant

POSITION:
The Retail Assistant at Riser Fitness will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of retail processes across our studios. This full-time position involves a mix of administrative tasks, inventory management, and logistical support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for tasks such as updating inventory systems, assisting with order processing, and managing product transfers between locations. Your contributions will help maintain efficient retail operations and support our studios in delivering an excellent experience to our members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Retail Manager in:
Uploading UPC codes into Club Ready for studios
Updating orders and confirmations via Google Docs
Assist in shipping notifications and updating Google Docs
Assisting with the order entering process
Supporting combined swap processes
Handling office allocations, including product transfers, drop-offs, and pick-ups
Assisting in expense reporting
Maintain office inventory and update records as products arrive or need replenishment
Provide support to studios as needed, particularly with quarterly inventory tasks
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
Comfortable using Club Ready or a POS system preferred but not required
Ability to drive to and from studios in the OC/LA area for retail drop-offs/pick-ups
Potential travel outside of Orange County
